Description: Over the past year, wasps have been making a home out of one of the research buildings. It has only become a problem now as they have started to spread and has a major nest in the lobby.

Walking to the research district, Shadiic noticed that there were many people outside. After a while, he managed to find his client and had the situation explained to him.

There were complaints of wasps before and so they had exterminators come and clear out the nests that appeared, but for some reason they would just come back. Apparantly we now know the reason as most of the nests were in the ventilation shafts and they've collapsed. A large cluster of these nests were in the main lobby and so we need you to go clear them out.

Shadiic nodded and started to walk to the building while hearing buzzing which grew louder as he approached. The wasps were encircling the main entrance forming a thick, black cloud of wasps. Readying himself, he focused his magicks and used Fira, a bolt of fire went straight towards the cloud exploding as it made contact. It started to fan outwards ingulfing any wasps nearby and incinerating them immediately, this also shattered the glass due to the extreme heat and Shadiic saw the nest. It was just a standard paper wasp nest, but it was so huge, thousands of larvae must be growing in there, so Shadiic casted Fira once more, it made contact with the nest and the flames filled a portion of the lobby. Once the magic flames died down, Shadiic moved in closer. He saw that his spell only wiped out a small portion of the nest as more wasps were smothering pockets of fire with their own bodies. Shadiic breathed in again and opened his eyes ready to cast again when he saw that the nest wasn't only in the lobby, but it spread out. The entire ventilation system became a nest for the wasps and Shadiic groaned at the amount of work. Fira he shouted blasting once more.

Looking around he saw the reception desk. The console was still active and there were no wasps around so Shadiic activated it. He looked around for some data regarding the status of the facility when he was denied access. Apparently when the ventilation shafts collapsed on the first floor and flooded the whole building with wasps, on the higher levels the researchers activated the quarantine alert sealing off the floors. Shadiic tried to get some communication with the other levels, but no response. Looking around some more, he found that the upper floors had their own ventilation system due to the different types of research that was conducted. The final piece of information that was important were the areas in which the ventilation shafts on the first level collapsed, these would signal the main nests. Okay there were three other nests, one in the cafeteria, another in a meeting hall and the last through a corridor. Shadiic started to move at the closest one which was the cafeteria, but felt a bit fatigued still so he just leisurely walked.

Finally reaching the cafeteria, Shadiic saw that the nest had fallen down into the kitchen area. Shadiic hoped that any damage would have been considered collateral and what not, so he decided to blow a gas canister. Carefully making his way over, he slipped by the kitchen to the storage area. It was luckily unlocked so he went it side and started to search. Soon enough he walked into one which made a loud thud. Shadiic frozed hoping that the wasps didn't notice. 30 seconds went by, then a minute and it seemed that they weren't interested. Carefully picking up the canister, he carried it out of the store room and moved to the kitchen. He had a clear view of the kitchen and saw that the main nest was near the stoves, which meant more fuel for the fire. He positioned himself and rolled the canister down and as it reached his destination Fira! He bolted out of there running for cover and the kitchen area exploded. Smoke started to form and spread out, but there wasn't any structural damage. It looked like they made the building to withstand more than that. Now with the smoke, the wasps will become sluggish and this was the time to strike.

Reaching the last breach on level one, he peered around the corridor and saw a nest smaller than the others he had encountered. With the smoke billowing, this would be an easy task. Leaping around the corner, Fira! A bolt of flames went soaring into the nest engulfing it. It started to burn quickly and the wasps were turning into ash. Shadiic then started to move back to the lobby. Once reaching the lobby, he checked the console and managed to access the emergency systems. He got into contact with the researchers on the other levels and had the system do a full sweep of the ventilation system. Unfortunately on a few levels, there are nests still active. Shadiic couldn't do much for them since it would require a exterminator to reach those regions and the job stated to only remove those on level one. Receiving instructions from one of the security guards that was on basement level three, Shadiic managed to seal of the ventilation shafts that have nests in them and turned on the sprinler system. He then contacted the group outside the building and began to evacuate the area.

After a few hours, they managed to finish the evacuation and the Director thanked Shadiic for assisting with the wasps.
